Plastic ID cards with an embedded RFID chip. Customizable with a logo, corporate colors, photo, and name. Compatible with MIFARE, HID, and EM.
Compact, water-resistant, and shock-resistant. Ideal for industrial and healthcare settings, or when users prefer not to carry ID cards.
Thin stickers that can be attached to any object: an existing ID card, a phone, a notebook. A low-cost solution for scaling to thousands of users.
For environments where credentials get in the way: hospitals, factories, events. Users wear their authentication on their wrist.

It depends on the use case. For pull printing with authentication: TCM4 proximity reader + RFID cards/fobs. For pay-per-print: the CBOT standalone kiosk (pedestal-mounted, with cash, change, and card payment options).
CBOT is a self-contained, freestanding kiosk with a screen, coin and bill acceptors (with a change module), and a credit card payment option for self-service printing, copying, and scanning. It requires Gespage for management. CMPrint is a compact payment unit with a 5" color touchscreen that is mounted next to the multifunction printer (or on a wall or stand) and accepts coins or contactless bank cards. It can operate autonomously without Gespage.
In most cases, yes. TCM4 is multi-frequency (13.56 MHz and 125 kHz) and supports the most common protocols: MIFARE Classic/Plus/DESFire, HID iCLASS/Prox, LEGIC Advant, Calypso, NFC, EM4100/4102, Hitag, and Indala. If you already have corporate credentials or even another print management solution such as PaperCut or MyQ, you can continue using them without needing to replace them. If you have questions about a specific protocol, we’ll verify it before providing a quote.
ID-style cards: the most common type, customizable with a photo, logo, and user information. Fobs/keychains: compact, water-resistant (IP67), ideal for industrial environments. RFID stickers: low-cost, can be attached to existing ID cards or phones. Wristbands: hypoallergenic silicone, ideal for hospitals, factories, or events where an ID card gets in the way.
1-year warranty covering manufacturing defects. Unified technical support: a single support line for both hardware and software. For mission-critical applications, we offer premium support contracts with customized SLAs and on-site replacement units.
