The easiest way to transform your notarial documents into digital ones

illustration_notary

The notary sector is of great relevance to attest to many commercial, civil, legal and many other acts. However, in all the processes of a notary's office thousands of papers are involved that many times can only be visualized in piles of boxes with old files. The collaboration between notary, lawyers, clients and companies becomes complex when having information scattered in different repositories.

How do we do it?

Through a series of steps, we automate the routine work either with physical paper documents, but also digital documents coming from an email or web page, the handling of these documents can be optimized for better management and security. We follow a specific process for each type of document:

Digitizing physical documents

2_LANDING_NOTARY_GRAPHICS_1
1. INPUT

Through a scanner or multifunction equipment we can digitize the document. The file can also be digital.

2. PROCESSING

We will perform some image correction processes to achieve a better reading.

3. EXTRACTION

Through advanced OCR technology, we search and extract the required information automatically.

4. DISTRIBUTION

At this stage we send the image and the information found through different forms, either in text, image, XML and many more options.

5. STORAGE AND SEARCH

The document is stored and indexed in our (search) systems to be consulted from any device. It can work in the cloud or it can be in your own systems.
