Through a series of steps, we automate the routine work either with physical paper documents, but also digital documents coming from an email or web page, the handling of these documents can be optimized for better management and security. We follow a specific process for each type of document:
Digitizing physical documents
Through a scanner or multifunction equipment we can digitize the document. The file can also be digital.
We will perform some image correction processes to achieve a better reading.
Through advanced OCR technology, we search and extract the required information automatically.
At this stage we send the image and the information found through different forms, either in text, image, XML and many more options.
The document is stored and indexed in our (search) systems to be consulted from any device. It can work in the cloud or it can be in your own systems.
