The easiest way to transform your notarial documents into digital ones

illustration_notary

The notarial sector is of great importance for the authentication of many commercial, civil, legal and many other acts. However, all processes in a notary's office involve thousands of papers that can often only be seen in piles of boxes with old files. The collaboration between notary, lawyers, clients and companies becomes complex when information is scattered in different repositories.

How do we do it?

Through a series of steps, we automate routine work with physical paper documents, but also digital documents coming from an email or website, the handling of these documents can be optimised for better management and security. We follow a specific process for each type of document:

Digitising physical documents

2_LANDING_NOTARY_GRAPHICS_1
1. INPUT

We can digitise the document using a scanner or multifunctional equipment. The file can also be digital.

2. PROCESSING

We will make some corrections to the image to achieve a better reading

3. EXTRACTION

Using advanced OCR technology, we automatically search for and extract the required information.

4. DISTRIBUTION

At this stage we send the image and the information found through different forms, either in text, image, XML and many more options.

5. STORAGE AND SEARCH

The document is stored and indexed in our (search) systems to be consulted from any device. You can work in the cloud or it can be on your own systems.
