Four clear steps from the time you submit your application until your team is up and running and recording opportunities on the Partner Portal.
Fill out the application form with information about your organization, target market, team size, and relevant prior experience. The Channel Management team reviews each application on a case-by-case basis.
Initial meeting with your Channel Manager: definition of territory, focus products, partner business model, training plan, and signing of the contract. The specific operational scope is agreed upon at this meeting.
Your team gets certified through the Academy (3 tracks: technical, software/solutions, sales). Initial certification is a requirement to start operating—but it’s also what sets partners apart in their day-to-day work.
Start logging opportunities on the Partner Portal, work on deals together with the DOQSOFT team, and build your pipeline. Your Channel Manager will support you on your first deals to accelerate your onboarding.
The program can be adapted to different business models. These are the three most common profiles—but if your model doesn't fit exactly, schedule a call with Channel Management to discuss it.
Companies that implement document and print management solutions as part of broader digital transformation, infrastructure, or process automation projects.
Distributors with a regional or vertical focus that add the DOQSOFT stack to their portfolio of solutions—leveraging their existing account network and knowledge of the local market.
Document management, legal-tech, healthcare-tech, or vertical-tech consulting firms that recommend and implement DOQSOFT in their engagements—where the stack is part of the solution they design for their clients.
If your question is specific to your organization, market, or business model, schedule a call with Channel Management—they work directly with prospective partners before they apply.
The program is open to integrators, resellers, and specialized consultants with prior experience in document management, printing, ECM, or digital transformation projects. The initial application collects information about your organization (years in operation, markets served, team size, relevant success stories). The Channel Management team evaluates each application on a case-by-case basis—there is no minimum revenue threshold, but we do expect a commitment to team training through the Academy.
The program features progression tracks based on certification, volume, and commitment. The specific details regarding levels, differentiated benefits, and requirements for each track are discussed with your Channel Manager during onboarding—because the actual alignment depends on your specific situation (market, industry, business model). What is common to all partners, however, is training through the Academy, access to the Partner Portal, opportunity tracking with deal protection, and dedicated support.
The program covers the U.S., Mexico, and the rest of Latin America (Brazil, Argentina, Colombia, Chile, Peru, and others). For markets outside that region, we evaluate each case individually. Territory allocation (exclusive, semi-exclusive, or open) is determined by your Channel Manager based on the market, vertical specialization, and the partner’s business model.
The partners who receive the most support are those who commit to three things: (1) certifying their team through the Academy in all three tracks (technical, software/solutions, sales), (2) actively using the Partner Portal to log opportunities and keep the pipeline visible, and (3) participating in the joint account plan defined during onboarding. The Channel Management team assigns support and co-selling resources in proportion to the partner’s commitment.
The typical process from application to operation takes 30 to 60 days: 2–3 weeks for the Channel Management team to review the application, 1 week of onboarding with your Channel Manager (territory, focus products, training plan), and 2–4 weeks of initial team certification through the Academy. After onboarding, the partner is up and running and can log opportunities in the Partner Portal.
Registering opportunities on the Partner Portal secures the opportunity for the partner who registers it first —provided the opportunity meets quality criteria (identified customer, verified contact, clear timeline expectations). The specific rules for deal protection (registration duration, extension conditions, and dispute resolution mechanisms when two partners register overlapping accounts) are documented in the partner agreement—to ensure there is no operational ambiguity.
